I have used the original MSM cream for a couple of years and I really like it. I have now switched to the one with hemp seed oil and I love it! I use it every night in my feet and hands. It helps me get to sleep without my chronic discomfort. I have purchased it for the second time for my daughter with fibromyalgia and she uses it every night and has found some comfort.
