I've been using this cream for several years; it was recommended by a friend at my local Co-Op. I have . . . and this is the first thing I reach for in the middle of the night when muscle spasms wake me. I cannot sleep without this product; I'm in a healing and remission phase now, working with a good Orthopedist and getting well for the first time in 20 years.
