I am a 26 year old female and have been using the MSM cream for two years now. . . . sometimes to help clear up any blemishes, or sometimes just to moisturize as it is very thick and creamy. . . My blemishes are rare now that I use the product, too. One thing I do not like is the length of the pump stick doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the jar so the last part of the cream in the jar is very difficult to get out. Maybe that will be changed soon. Anyway love it and can't wait to get my next order in the mail! Grace Harbor Farms Response: We know that the cream is hard to get out of the bottom of the pump bottles. The best way to get the last of the cream out is to heat up the bottle--in some hot water. The cream will flow out when it is warm so you can invert the bottle and pour the cream into something else. We are sorry that this problem exists, but it is because of how thick the cream is, and is the trade off for the convenience of the pump. 2024 Update: we offer now a lotion scoop to get the last of the cream out of the jar
