Original MSM Cream Ingredients: Water, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Goat Milk, Emulsifying Wax (Cetearyl Alcohol & Polysorbate 60), Stearic Acid, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Peppermint Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Citric Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Lavender Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil, and Vitamin E.

This is my second order. The first was for my dog who has hip arthritis and he seems to be moving around much better after his daily massage. My second order was the msm cream with the essential oils for myself. I use it every night before bedtime . . . and it has a very pleasant aroma which helps me relax and sleep better. Shipping was fast too, even though I do not live in the states.
