The disadvantage of the Fragrance Free MSM is that it, obviously, does not contain the essential oils that are in the Original and the Extra-Strength formulas. The essential oils have an aroma is that is pleasing to most people who find them soothing. The other thing that the essential oils do is provide shelf life to the product without preservatives. We have to add a chemical preservative to the fragrance free products. The one we use is Optiphen.
Fragrance Free MSM Cream Ingredients: Water, Goat Milk, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Emulsifying Wax (Cetearyl Alcohol & Polysorbate 60), Avocado Oil, Stearic Acid, Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Optiphen (Phenoxyethanol, & 1-2Octanediol), Citric Acid, and Vitamin E.
